View the outside of the home to ensure property safety and maintenance:
- Walk the perimeter of the property, ( check fences, gates, walkways, driveway)
- Examine the property for broken windows, forced entry or vandalism
- Remove newspapers, flyers and mail from mailbox/entry
- Assessment home checks of the roof for damage, missing shingles, or tree branches
- Check gutters and downspouts for clogs or damage. Make sure they are attached and draining away from the foundation. Check for ice dams during the winter.

- Check HVAC system, water softener, water heater and change furnace filter (monthly)
